Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside, we'll set up a plan for you. We also provide online consultations for at home workouts.
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put in! We focus on building an adequate amount of muscle tissue to increase basal metabolic rate so you keep burning calories throughout the day, increase movement quality, and improvement in all core lifts. We aim to decrease those daily pains through corrective exercises and quality exercise selection unique to each individual!
